I first started working in the online world in 2002. Long before the term ‘content’ was made popular I was producing customer-focused copy for websites such as Selfridges.com, Bighospitality.co.uk, MORE TH>N, and TUI Travel.
The ways in which online messaging is produced has changed a lot but the reasons customers want information from brands has not. I help put those brand messages in the right place, saying the right things to the right people.
When I’m not working I’m often riding one of my bicycles, spending time with my family and cats or watching a band play in one of the superb music venues we have in Brighton.
